Office of Small Business Programs

The MDA OSBP is responsible for all aspects of the MDA Small Business and Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization Programs. They are the advocates for small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, women owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, veteran owned small businesses, service-disabled veteran small businesses, and historically black colleges and universities and minority institutions (HBCU/MI). Their mission is to provide guidance and technical assistance to advance the growth and development of small businesses and HBCU/MI's in becoming competitive contractors.

They welcome the opportunity to assist the small business community in pursuing MDA procurement opportunities. The OSBP staff maintains a database of small businesses interested in doing business with MDA. They also offer a small business information packet that includes several useful publications. Contact their office to have the name of your firm placed in the database or to obtain one of the small business information packets. The database application can be downloaded and sent to the address noted on the bottom of the application, along with your company's capability statement. If you have any questions, please contact the MDA OSBP Office Staff at the following telephone numbers:

Mr. Lee R. Rosenberg, Director

Mr, Robert Sever, Deputy Director

Dr. Pravat Choudhury, SB Development Specialist

Albennie Mathis, Administrative Assistant
